Sacred Heart of Jesus present in the Holy Eucharist. ‍

Through the Holy Eucharist, the Sacred Heart of Jesus has shown His immense and ineffable love towards us. Concealing all divinity and filled with love this divine Heart communicates with us every day through the Holy Eucharist. Multitudes of heavenly angels sing heavenly hymns in the divine presence. During this holy mystery, Jesus becomes our father, lord, shepherd, friend, leader, doctor, way, truth, light, life and above all the wellspring of all blessings. This holy sacrament allows us to worship His Sacred Heart and plead for all necessary blessings and goodness. We are welcome to visit Him, converse with Him uninterrupted, and most importantly the Eucharist becomes our spiritual food. If we contemplate this immense love for a moment, it is positive that there will be a great change in us and a craving to love God. It is important that we consider the benefits this selfless love reap from us humans. Jesus himself has said ‘I am the bread of life. Your ancestors ate the manna in the desert, but they died; this is the bread that comes down from heaven so that one may eat it and not die. I am the living bread that came down from heaven; whoever eats this bread will live forever; and the bread that I will give is my flesh for the life of the world.’ ‘Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life and I will raise him on the last day. For my flesh is true food, and my blood is true drink. It is true that Jesus is present in the Holy Eucharist, like he is one being with the Father. Therefore, when atheist and heretics do not accept this holy mystery, the Sacred Heart is subject to cruel indifference and injury. Many of our kindred, benefactors and friends have shown disrespect in Your divine presence; for the want of devotion and unworthily received Holy Communion, and have drawn little fruit from it. This has caused deep pain to your loving heart. Those brothers who contemplate about this!

Let us love this Sacred Heart, which is full of love and mercy. Let us also make fitting reparation for all the ingratitude inflicted on the loving Heart in this Sacrament.

Sacred Heart of Jesus, full of love and mercy for us! I worship you. I love You with my whole heart. Because of your immense love for us, it is our duty that we do not subject you to more injuries and neglect. O, sweet Jesus! I confess and beg pardon for all the sins I have committed against You. All forgiving Lord! Grant me to make a fitting reparation for all blasphemies, for all profanities, and all sacrileges ever committed .O, merciful Jesus! I offer to You as thanksgiving, the hymns and praises of the heavenly hosts for all the innumerable blessings You showered on me. Amen.

Grant to Your Church, O Lord, assurance of freedom, protect our Supreme Pontiff and make haste that all may know the haven of truth, and have unity of faith, so that there may soon be one fold and one Shepherd! Lord, be merciful to the unfortunate sinners, console the souls in Purgatory and be merciful to me, your unworthy servant. O Immaculate Heart of Mary, O Mother of all blessings, I firmly believe that through your powerful intercession, all my prayers and petitions will be granted. Amen.
